Each and every one of your consultations, the doctor’s notes and follow-up discussions, will be recorded and saved to our e-medical record online. This record can be shared with your primary care physician, ensuring proper documentation, transferability and continuity of care. Each time you log in, you’ll have complete access to detailed records of every physician encounter you’ve ever had on our site.
