I have a very, and I mean very hectic schedule. I am in outside sales for the 3rd largest company in the world in the area of life safety and corporate security. It is very hard for me to schedule time to go to the Doctor however; unfortunately it does sometimes become necessary. In the past this required a time commitment of at least 2 ½ hours, usually 3, which really put a huge dent in my day and week. I had a major upper respiratory infection 2 weeks ago and used AmeriDoc. I used AmeriDoc last week again for Jordan. It was 11:00 pm and he was sick again same thing only swollen gland in his throat. I called to get a Doctor 3 minutes later the Doctor called. I explained his symptoms, The Doctor said he had it again and said he probably got the virus off his tooth brush and needed to get rid of his tooth brush and make sure there were no germs from before. I was impressed because they had his record's now and said they would call Rite Aid and had their number on file and said they would call in the prescription. The prescription was different this time and that was amazing. Now they have his record and any time I call them, they can look at his past history on file and our Drug Store. The key to this is use the products and you will not want to be without it. I also had a call from the company checking on how I felt about the service and seeing if I was fully satisfied and I was glad to tell them I was!!”
A 2nd testimony--- I first used the AmeriDoc approximately 6 weeks ago. My 15 year old son Jordan woke up sick and did not go to school. I told him to go back to bed and get some rest. When he woke up again he could hardly talk and was very sore. My wife told me to take him to the doctor. I did not want to spend my day at the doctor’s office, and Jordan did not want to get cleaned up and get out in the Michigan weather. Then I thought I would try AmeriDoc. I registered Jordan and the rest of my family online. It took 5-10 minutes and as soon as that easy process was over, the receptionist said she would have the doctor call me within 3 hours. The doctor said allow about 2 hours. I went and got my prescription and it was ready and of course with our discount on prescriptions it was a home run!! The doctor said not send Jordan to school the next day, and that he would be fine to go the next day and to let them know if this was not the case. Jordan felt fine and I felt great about the results and professional way he was treated and the no hurry explaining and educating us on his strep throat!!

When I called my doctor’s office and was told it would be at least 3 weeks before I could be seen, I contacted AmeriDoc and talked to a very pleasant lady from (11:49am to 12:15pm) who took my information and told me that a Doctor would call me within 3 hours. The doctor returned my call at 12:40pm and after asking questions about my problem, he then asked for the phone number to call in a prescription to the pharmacy of my choice and told me that it would be there in five minutes and should be ready by the time I arrived. I then went to pick up the medication and used my pharmacy discount card so instead of paying $31.46 I paid $12.72 a savings of over 40% as well as NOT having to pay $275.00 for an office call. All I can say is THANK YOU for providing such a "user-friendly" service for everyone! Recently my husband and I both came down with symptoms of a horrible upper respiratory infection. Thanks to the ease of using AmeriDoc, we were able to stay in the comfort of our bed by using our laptop to log into AmeriDoc. Last Monday morning I woke up feeling horrible, aches, sore throat, congestion, etc. My Family Doctor was booked all week due to the Christmas holidays and I got online and submitted a request for a consult at 8:20 AM. Our daughter Kali is a freshman at an out of state University and had been ill for the past week or so. She was in the middle of finals week and over this past weekend she began to feel worse aching with a sore throat, cough and headache. The infirmary at her University was closed on Sunday when she felt the worst. Thankfully we had AmeriDoc and had Kali call them on Sunday afternoon. I have been trying to explain to my wife how the AmeriDoc program works. Two weeks ago we got online and entered our information on the web site. My wife is one of those people who does not like change and is very skeptical. She has been sick with a cold and cough for a couple of days now and seems to be getting worse. When I came home at lunch today, I decided it was time to put this AmeriDoc thing to the test. I got online and requested a call for her. I went back to work and about an hour and a half later my wife called and said the doctor had called, and guess what? My skeptic wife was actually impressed with the entire process. On Thursday night about 7:10p.m. I called in to AmeriDoc and I talked to someone that asked me several questions about my medical history with my Doctor until around 7:25p.m. he told me that a Doctor would consult with me shortly. True enough around 7:29p.m. AmeriDoc called me and I begin to explain to him about the itchy, burning, irritation on both my elbows. One day, I was so sick. I have bad problems with my sinuses, and it had my head hurting and my stomach nauseated. I decided to try the AmeriDoc tool. After consulting on line I received a call within 20 minutes. He was able to diagnose with a sinus infection within that time and called my pharmacy and prescribed me some antibiotics. Friday night as I was driving I noticed something picky in my left eye so when I got home I switched out my contacts thinking it was just irritation caused by something on the contacts. It felt better after the new contact was in so I went on about my business thinking nothing else of it.
Saturday the inner corner was a bit tender and I thought it was because I may have rubbed it on Friday night, but about 6 p.m. Saturday night I noticed the eye getting very sore and red. Within about an hour I was back at home took out the contact again and realized I had a full blown eye infection of some sort. I went to bed and woke up at 2a.m. because my eye was almost swollen shut as well as hurting and tearing really badly. I put some artificial tears (Systane) in it and put warm cloth on it and got comfortable enough to go back to sleep.
I reawakened at 8.A.M. only to find that now I could not open it at all! Now it is Sunday morning and the only thing I could think of to do is to go to the ER or an Urgent Care clinic. Then I remembered we had the AmeriDoc benefit. We had not filled out the assessment yet so we got on the phone and my husband added me, I filled out the assessment and put in a priority call to talk to a doctor via the AmeriDoc website.
Now remember, this is 8:30 on a Sunday morning......

Ten minutes later I received a call from the AmeriDoc physician who asked me several questions about my symptoms and I described them to him. He then called in a prescription to my local CVS Pharmacy for eye drops. In fact the pharmacy did not open until ten so the Dr called me back to let me know I would not be able to pick it up for another hour.
I don't get that kind of personal attention from my family doctor whom I have been seeing over ten years! In fact, I have had to call them several times to see if they have even phoned in a prescription for me after an office visit.
All I can say is AMAZING!! I have had these infections before and have always ended up in an ER with them because they are so painful. I cannot even begin to explain how absolutely awesome this whole experience was beginning to end!
It was so easy and the AmeriDoc staff and Physician were phenomenal. I was skeptical when we joined, but I am now absolutely convinced everyone can use and needs this service. One call just saved me hundreds of dollars.
And one more thing..........
I do not have prescription coverage so when I talked to the pharmacy they said the generic brand of the eye drops were $84.00! I sent my daughter with our card and guess what the prescription cost with the card???? Just $37.20 they discounted it by $46.80!
